Fotbal

Fotbal, known as football or soccer in many countries, is a team sport played between two teams of eleven players each. The objective of the game is to score by getting the ball into the opposing team’s goal. It is played on a rectangular field, traditionally with grass or artificial turf, with a goal at each end. Players predominantly use their feet to control, pass, and shoot the ball, although they can use their head and torso. The game is governed by a set of rules known as the Laws of the Game, established by the International Football Association Board (IFAB). Fotbal is played in various formats, including professional leagues, amateur competitions, and international tournaments. It is one of the most popular sports worldwide, both in terms of participation and viewership, leading to a rich culture and significant economic impact globally.
